Just thinking...

Ack. I got quite frustrated with a piece today. In portfolio class, we're supposed to hand in a monochromatic social critique. I'm doing mine with acrylics, in shades of red. It's a critique on the catholic church; a black woman, dressed as Jesus in the 'Sacred Heart' pose. Coming along nicely, but I can't seem to get the shading on her hand quite right.

I guess I'm trying to concentrate on the mundane tonight. I'm supposed to lead a discussion/debate tomorrow, in current events class. The topic being, of course, 9/11 and its effects.
